Car is extremely new with only <1600km mileage. Pick up and drop off are effortless. Service is helpful and detailed in explaining what happened should we encounter accident or require road assistance, and on receiving traffic offences. There is no upsell on any insurance package.
Staff were professional and reasonably efficient in the check out and check in progress. The car was in good order, clean and relatively new.
Staff took the time to explain the rental contract, which was largely Chinese only. They also took care of tolls, which were post-paid, and provide shuttle to/from HSR Tainan station.

Was literally the only option I could find to pre book cars for Taiwan online.
Gasoline is not fully filled but the metre showed it was full. My husband found it only left 1/4 gasoline after he drove 200 miles somethings. He said it is unusual.
