Like: Booked for a Toyota fortuner but gotten a much larger mitsubishi pajero instead. Car was almost brand new with only 99km of mileage driven only. Thumbs up! Dislike: Pick up process can be faster.
The overall service from this company is extremely poor, and all the staff have a bad attitude. The car I rented was very old, with over 140,000 kilometers on the odometer. The interior was very noisy, and the braking system had issues.
Used this car rental company many times and so far so good.
