The car was in good condition, and renting was convenient. You can switch cars yourself, which is quite considerate as it saves you from having to rush back to return the car. There are few automatic cars. I booked an automatic, but there were none available at the store, and waiting took a long time. I had no choice but to switch to a manual. Not sure if the price difference was adjusted.
Collection took over 40 minutes, which I wasn't expecting. Includes a DVLA and credit check, again I wasn't expecting as it was a business booking. Car wasn't ready at the time I booked for (had to wait 20 minutes for another car to be cleaned). The car I was given was a Peugeot 2008 with 60k miles and loads of scratches/dents/interior stains, so it had seen better days. Another customer was complaining about their car at the same time, and the counter staff weren't very professional about it, and honestly I didn't have time to complain. Drop off was quick and smooth for me, but overall I wouldn't hire again from Europcar or this venue.

Our rental was from Cardiff Airport - unfortunately not the largest airport, therefore a little understaffed. Through no fault of the staff member, he was on his own to process Pick-Up's, Returns, Cleaning and all other related duties at a car hire counter. In my opinion Europcar should have a minimum of 2 members of staff on duty at all times.
As always, the vehicles available are excellent, the rental process simple and effortless - will always use Europcar if price allows it

As always, a simple and easy way to save money on car rentals. Only one slight moan - I'm requested to 'upload' rental agreement//Invoice after rental has been completed to gain QEEQ Points, This should not be necessary and be done away with, points added automatically.
