On the day of returning the car, we were in a rush to catch a flight. The owner said we had to return the car to another location and cover a $40 NZD fee. There was heavy traffic, and we arrived at their office at 8:45. The owner wasn't back yet and said they opened at 9. I was a bit frustrated, but eventually, the owner went out of his way to find a nearby repair shop's Indian worker who drove us to the airport. We managed to check in on time, and we were grateful for that.
Like: We rented the car for three weeks for about 450 euro and felt it was very good value. The car was very new with low mileage. Dislike: We mixed up the company name with a similarly named company ezirentcarsand went there by mistake hence the delay in picking up.
