9 Car Rental Brands at St Johns Airport (ANU)

Horrible expérience avec Budget. Aucun véhicule de disponible. On ne reconnais pas la réservation. Le conseiller veut démarrer un contrat avec une autre cie. Nous sommes incapable de rejoindre QEEQ pour parler a un agent. Il nous charge plus cher pour la nouvelle réservation. Nous finissons par devoir accepté en l'absence de communication avec QEEQ et la confusion totale dans le dossier. Nous commençons le voyage totalement stressé.

long wait at pick up but no ones fault as lady had an awkward customer she was dealing with and she kept apoligising for them

Car was a wreak. Unfit for purpose probably dangerous

Car was tired, self locking didn’t work bodywork scratched and dented, but ran well.

It turned out ACE was not the rental company that provided the car. They had subcontracted to Drive-a-matic without telling us. The confirmation email had no real info about how to pick up the car. We went to the car hire office at the airport but there was no ACE or Drive-a-matic desk. Went back to the terminal and there happened to be a Drive-a-matic person there (luckily) who said they sometimes get bookings from ACE. They were expecting us on a different day due to ACE providing dates in US format, not the UK format used in Antigua. In the end they sorted out a car for us but they had to call for someone to drive us to their office, which was off airport and all of this took some time. In the end, the car was OK for our needs. The return process was much easier.
