Shouqi is actually Europcar. I booked a 1.6L 100 horsepower Class A car, but I got a 60 horsepower 1.0L three-cylinder car similar to Alto. It struggled uphill with no power. This is really false advertising, it's outright fraud. When I complained to Zuzuche's customer service, they evaded responsibility, saying these two cars are in the same group. How can they be in the same group with one having 1/3 less displacement and 1/3 less horsepower? Would you classify your car in the same group as an Alto?

Had a good experience renting from Alamo. Staff for both pick up and dropping off were friendly and information at both times were easy to understand. I was contacted to organize the meet up at drop off. Very pleased with the service.

So nice to be welcomed by agent. They don’t have office at the airport and it’s better - you don’t have to search for it. The guy was waiting for us, prepared all documents and friendly checked it with us.

Cooperation on renting a car from Alamo was super easy, convenient, friendly and very relieble and we were absolutely enthusiastic about it and thus enjoyed our trip as much as we could. I must recommend this company to anybody who wants to book with a reliable car rental. Once visiting Armenia again, I would pick them myself again :-)

Rented a car from Avis in Armenia. The service was provided by an old man who was really nasty. The rental site showed pickup and drop-off at the airport, but the old man insisted that the return had to be at a downtown hotel, otherwise I would have to pay him to come to the airport. I had to cover the round-trip taxi costs myself. Currently, QEEQ is still negotiating?? When returning the car, I was forced to pay a cleaning fee, even though the car was very clean inside and out. Additionally, I had to pay for fuel, and when I offered to fill the tank before returning the car, he said nothing, just took the money and drove off, saying something very offensive about Chinese people. I rented a Toyota, but they gave me a Renault, which I couldn't identify.
