Persona que atiende srta. Ma. Batseba, mal educada, molesta porque había arrendado a través de agencia. No dio ninguna solución a lo solicitado, muy poco amable, no dio informacion completa, tuve que comprar un seguro que no quería, si no lo tomaba la garantía subía a 3 millones de pesos lo que es un valor muy elevado, pésima experiencia. Me sentí estafado

The car was actually better than I booked, so it was a great surprise. It was in good shape (except for the tyres - these should have been replaced and in Europe would not pass tech exam) and comfortable to drive. The overall service provided was very good. Convenient pick up, convenient return.

When we arrived the fuel tank was 7/8, so we asked to the person who was there. He said is not a problem, sadly despite we complete the fuel tank before the drop off the tank was 7/8. But in that city there isn't any gasoline near to the airport. We show the receipt from the gas station the time, but they refuse to receive, so they charge me almost everything I paid few minutes before in gas station.

Terrible. They promised a Toyota Highlander or similar, but gave us a family-sized mini SUV. What kind of judgment is this? Is this your idea of 'similar'? Even a three-year-old knows better. We wasted money for nothing.
