Good cooperative stafff, car was good also But pickup location is hidden and not easy to find. Other than that, great experince. Will recommend to use it.

They charged me additional fees for 136$ they told this amount is refundable after you drop off the car, they take the money and they said no this amount is not refundable at all, I have the contract and nothing mentioned there! I will never recommend Avis for anyone

The car was in v.good condition and road worthy. smooth ride, low on petrol consumption, good hold in a rainy season. My experience was excellent overall.

They should make proper check up on the car as the battery shut down while driving ! Budget Representitive managed to replace. The value of money is very expensive compared with the car I rented !

Malheureusement il s’agit d’une société qui vient de commencer dans le domaine de location de véhicule. Il faut jamais leur faire confiance, leur discours est contradictoire, un manque de professionnalisme est claire. J’ai rendu le véhicule une très légère rayure et j’ai accepté de payer la franchise tout de suite. Ils m’ont dit que si je paye sur place ça sera 150$ et vu que c’est léger ça ne vaut pas le coup et vaut lieux attendre le devis qui sera forcément moins que 150$ et là après la restitution ils me renvoient une facture à 222$ !
