Overall experince is OK despite long wait for person coming to serve. Customer services response I have to admit was very good.
However, I missed attention to positively assess situation occured and keep me as a customer happy, frankly speaking we are right you are wrong, keep paying at top prices..
My mistake that I did not make my own records of car condition on collection which is well worth to do-spend additional 5 min to record ALL sratches or dents on the car.Some agents could be very picky.
A small discount on the bill for example or discount card for next visit finalising whole rental experience could keep me as a more or less happy Budget customer but I am afraid not now.
Leaving empty fuel tank doesn't work for me as didn't have idea how big is a fuel tank in the car nor wanted to do research on it.
