The service was fine and patient. We reserved a V60 but got a diesel V90 CC instead. The car was in great and new condition. The only issue was that the child seat provided didn't match our reservation. My son had to squeeze in for 10 days. They said a compatible model would be available the next day, but since we had everything planned, we couldn't go back to exchange the seat.

When we arrived at Kiruna train station, we found that the car pickup point was further away, and we needed to take a taxi. However, it was snowing heavily, and there were no taxis available. Everything was good. They just gave me the wrong confirmation slip when picking up the car. My English isn't good, and it was at night, so I didn't realize until later. I had to go back to get the correct one before returning the car.
