Searched the entire airport and asked many staff members only to find out the store is not at the airport. Had to call for a pickup. Called them, provided my booking number, and arranged a meeting place. Waited 20 minutes after being told it would take 5 minutes, only to get a call telling me no vehicles were available, and that was it. Contacted the rental platform, but they couldn't reach the store either. They suggested I take a taxi to my hotel and promised to arrange it the next day. The next day, still couldn't reach the store. I only had the IDL translation and English notarized document arranged through the rental platform, and this was the only company that allowed rentals with those documents. Others required an international driving permit (IDP), so the rental platform couldn't help. My trip was nearly ruined. It's been three days since I returned home, and the rental platform still hasn't provided a reasonable solution. Very disappointed!
