Picking up and returning the car during working hours is very inconvenient because there's never anyone at the store! I bought full insurance and returned the car with a full tank, but they still charged me extra fees! This issue hasn't been resolved yet! The Hertz staff said: We are Finnish, you have to trust me! But I ended up being charged dozens of euros extra upon returning the car. Fortunately, I took videos and photos during both pickup and return. However, the store hasn't replied and the phone is unreachable! This is the first time I dislike a brand so much because of an experience at one location!
