The vehicle was in poor condition with scratches and broken parts. First they gave car with key battery not working. Had to run back to airport because no one picked up their phone despite there being 3 people at the counter. Second car even though a bigger one also had damages but it was better than the first one because first one was smelling badly. They also sold me liability insurance as a mandatory insurance despite me having purchased insurance from qeeq.

NO, was suppose to have SUV had Corolla. Was told to return next day for the SUV, wasted a day driving back to airport for the vehicle still not available. Settled on Corolla.

It was extremely disappointing to have to wait 90 min for my vehicle. I had a 3pm reservation and didn't receive my car until after 4:30pm. The counter agent was not helpful with explaining the delay. I made my reservation 270 days in advance, hoping an early reservation would help in getting a Jeep Wrangler, only to be disappointed again when we received a smaller Jeep Renegade.
