Instructions for Brisbane Shuttle Bus Service Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call (07) 3062 7439, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the Purple Shuttle Bus with Alpha Car Hire logos. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. [Domestic Terminal] Exit the Terminal and make your way to the Skywalk bridge; Once on the sky walk bridge, take the second set of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. [International Terminal] Turn left into the arrivals hall; Look for the coach departure sign and exit the terminal; Proceed down the ramp, to the furthest set of Bays on the left at the bottom of the ramp; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. After- Hours Pick-up Please contact branch to confirm if the booking can be picked up in after hours. Due to no staff being present at the store outside of business hours, self-service car pick-up is required. 1. It's compulsary to complete the Online Check-in sent by the rental company or use the link below: https://web.rentalcarmanager.com/Workflow/WorkflowAuth?workflowcode=kiosk&key=QXVBbHBoYUdyb3VwNzc0fFJDTVN1cHBvcnR8OWxPRTA5T3Y%3d 2. A credit card authorization code is needed to provide to the rental company. Failure to do so will result in the unsuccessful pick-up.

Customer should return cars to our branch. Then if they would like to back to the airport, they can take our free shuttle bus from our branch.

Everything else was fine, except that I chose to add a baby seat when renting the car. The staff didn't teach me how to install it, saying the store policy doesn’t allow them to do so. I’m not sure what the reasoning behind such a policy is, if it indeed exists.
