The car rental company is overall good, and the vehicle provided was in excellent condition. However, there was an issue with information transfer; they claimed we hadn't purchased insurance and required additional payment for it before allowing us to take the car (QEEQ covered the cost in advance after receiving the formal invoice).

The car rental company overall is quite good, and the condition of the provided vehicle was excellent.
