Pick-up Instructions: We highly recommend that guests add our store's WeChat (JCRCHC) or call +64 22 187 8599 in advance to receive detailed pick-up instructions. For pick-ups between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM: After your flight lands at Christchurch Airport, please proceed to Door 4 in the main terminal. Contact our store hotline at +64 22 187 8599 or reach out via WeChat for shuttle pickup assistance. Please note: After-hours shuttle service (after 5:00 PM) incurs an additional $50 NZD fee, so please plan your pick-up time accordingly. For after-hours pick-ups: Please check the "Express Pre Check-in" email sent in advance by our store and complete the online check-in registration before your pick-up date to simplify the after-hours process. Upon arrival at Christchurch Airport, proceed to Door 1 in the main terminal and call +64 3 360 3113 to arrange shuttle pickup.

Drop-off Instructions

Our staff will explain the return location and process to you when you pick up the vehicle, with details clearly noted in your rental agreement. The day before your return, we will also send return instructions via email and WeChat to ensure a smooth experience tailored to your needs. A complimentary shuttle service to the airport is available after you return the vehicle.

Nothing satisfactory at all. Moreover, suspected fraud with repair bills and random charges. A minor scratch reportedly costs 4900 NZD, suspiciously just below the 5000 NZD deductible, as if they are using scratches as a pretext for major car overhauls.
