The management is chaotic. Despite knowing the rental plan for 31 days covering nearly 15,000 kilometers, they still provided a vehicle that required routine maintenance. Midway through the trip, they called the customer, who was 500 kilometers away, urging them to return to Budapest for a vehicle swap, wasting the customer's time and increasing fuel expenses. The replacement vehicle looked pristine on the exterior but had poor conditions mechanically. The tires were excessively worn, with previous repairs using adhesive strips failing, leaving no spare tire available. Additionally, the liquid tire sealant couldn't fix the issue, leaving us to wait for roadside assistance. Out of four tires, three had to be repaired, which wasted an entire day.

The reception service was decent and quite helpful. It would be great if the rental company could guide renters on how to inspect the vehicle when picking it up. I was very thorough in my inspection this time, and the car didn’t suffer any scratches during use. However, upon return, the staff managed to find scratches under the right chassis, which appeared to be old damage. Unfortunately, I didn’t check that area during pick-up, so I couldn’t dispute it.

I booked a VW T-Roc but ended up with a Skoda. The car was very new, with only over 4,000 kilometers driven. The rental desk was easy to find; you just turn a corner after arriving. Here's a tip for everyone: when picking up the car at night, I didn't pay close attention to the rims while taking photos and videos. When returning the car, the inspector found a scratch on one of the rims and documented it. I’m not yet sure if compensation is required. Fortunately, I purchased full insurance through the platform, so I'll wait to see if the car rental company contacts me about compensation. A reminder to everyone—make sure to take detailed photos during pickup to avoid future issues.
