You can walk to the counter of Alamo - Bangkok International Airport car rental.

For customers arriving in the International Terminal, please exit the baggage claim area and go to the international arrival halls on the second floor. Our counter is located between gates 7 and 8. The service was mediocre. Staff at the pickup location were unprofessional and had an indifferent attitude. Especially the pickup/drop-off staff on the first floor; they looked grumpy, extremely impatient, and acted like you owed them money. If you can't handle your temper, you shouldn't be working! There is a stark contrast between their attitude and the excellent service at Yesaway and other counters at the same airport from previous bookings. Efficiency was poor; there was only one customer in line at the front, and they waited for nearly half an hour just standing awkwardly. Both pickup and drop-off are at the same spot, handled by the same employee—the grumpy one throughout. I will never rent from them again. Other counters have service attitudes 100 times better.
