After collecting your luggage, simply walk out of the security checkpoint, take the elevator directly to the departure level on the 4th floor, exit through Gate C, cross the road, and take the shuttle bus on the opposite side (if you can't find it, feel free to contact us at 0086-18504226950). The journey takes about 20 minutes, and buses usually depart every 30 minutes. Our store provides a waiting area and handles car rental procedures. The comprehensive protection package provided by BE KOBE is local vehicle insurance in Japan. In the event of an accident, you will not need to advance any compensation, and the claims process will be handled by us.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the car to our store. After returning the car, we will provide free transportation to the airport. The store is approximately a 20-minute drive from the airport. Please plan the return time in advance based on your flight schedule.
