The BLOC shopping center is located at the corner of 7th St & Hope St in downtown Los Angeles. Avis is located in The BLOC garage next to the Sheraton Hotel on Hope St. Customers should proceed towards Macy's then go down three steps and then go towards the Sheraton Valet parking. Customers will see the Avis signage.

Customers returning vehicles should follow the signage on Flower St to The BLOC parking garage.

The car was in good condition. Picking up the car was a bit complicated. During driving, the dashboard indicated that the oil needed changing. Reported to customer service, but they asked if I had put the wrong oil. Ridiculous. The return process was simple.

Pick-up time. There was no one at the service point. I waited over an hour for someone to arrive, which delayed my plans. There was no apology at all, and they gave me a car of a lower grade than what I had booked. Very dishonest.
