Staff were helpful when I had to extend the renting period. It was quick and easy.

Not enough counter staff. They have many costumers and can’t procide sufficient service properly. The pick up takes very long. no after hour drop off, drop off takes very long and is completely unnecessary. Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had.

The car was dirty inside with a lot of animal hairs in it. Completely unacceptable

They charged me extra for mileage and a rental fee - how was I supposed to know this ?

Upgraded at the kiosk to an electric charge because I was told 1. Car has a range of 600km -- False, the car actually had a range of 450 km 2. Car is currently 50% charged -- False, the car was less than 20% in charge. I waited ~90 mins, to pick up the car. When I got it, it was undercharged and didn't have the range specified by the employee at the front desk.

I chose the option to have a full tank on pickup and that I would provide a full tank on drop off, however, the representative at the counter said it may not be full on receipt, but that I only had to fill the gas up back to the level at which I received it, which wasn’t the problem at all. The problem is that I received the car with an near-empty tank and the gas light on the dashboard was on, forcing me to find the closest gas station immediately after receiving the car. It’s also difficult to fill it up to the exact amount of usage that would drive down the fuel to an empty tank the way I received it (and frankly, it’s a lack of courtesy and respect), so I end up returning the car with a quarter full tank (which is 25 times the amount I received it at), therefore overpaying for gas to the benefit of Discount (or the next customer). When I returned the car, I expected an inspection process as described in a poster on the walls of the Discount office, but no one was at the designated return area to receive the keys and inspect the vehicle. Instead, I parked, walked to the office, and gave the keys back to the counter at the office, the rep took them and let me go, without questions and without even checking the car. This probably explains the empty tank to begin with, as I imagine no one inspected it on its previous return either (if my experience was any indication).

Discount did not have the type of car I ordered for. Instead they gave me a small hatchback which could hardly fit 2 people. I had to again for the next day for exchangig the car. Although they started my contract on the actual time alone with the insurance. Overall it was a delay of 14 hours to receive my actual car.

We had to wait long to pick up the car, the staff wanted to give us another car with 6 seats when we booked one with 7. When we were on our way we noticed something was not going right (the tires were very swollen). Also the inside was not clean and we could find trash from the last customers.

The car given to me was smaller than expected. I paid for an intermediate vehicle and received a hatchback.

It is always longer to get a car at this location but the staff is really nice.

The wait time to pick up the car could have been lesser. Also, the time taken to return the deposit amount is unusually high.

Temps d'attente un peux trop long

Personnel dispo patient et aimable. Tout est validé signé. Rien n est laissé ai hasard. Nous étions très rassurés. Location et restitution rapide. Franchement nous étions surpris.. tout s est très bien passé. 2 interlocuteurs différents et 2 pros. Je recommande vraiment cette agence discount. Le véhicule était en bon état et correspondait largement à nos attentes. Nous avons pris l assurance 0 franchise à 7.90/ jour.

J ai attendu 1h30 la voiture. Elle est venue d une autre succursale. Le véhicule ne correspondait pas à mes attentes, c était un vieux modèle avec 75000 km. Je suis vraiment déçu car j ai proposé de payer plus cher pour avoir un modèle supérieur en meilleure condition, afin également de ne pas attendre et on me la refuser. Je ne pense pas renouveler mon expérience chez Discount.

Car is very good condition. Service is good but a bit slow

Je suis très déçu car vous m'avez encaissé 114 CAD par erreur en me facturant 1 GPS alors que je n'ai pas pris de GPS sachant que j'utilise mon mobile. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois de France et je trouve trop long le traitement de mon remboursement et en plus personne ne répond à me emails donc le service client n'est pas de qualité à mon goût.

Le temps d'attente pour récupérer la voiture été particulièrement long 1h30 à cause d'un manque de personnel lors d'un weekend de grande influence. La voiture n'avait pas été nettoyée à l'intérieur.

Personnel à l'écoute et efficace de l’enregistrement à la restitution. Service rapide.

There was a lot if waiting to get back the car, because on monday morning. Otherwise, it was very good.

Wait Times exceed an hour to get the car

Should not be charged for excess kilometres inside Canada when the booking clearly says unlimited kilometres.

I waited 1 hour 45 mins just for pickup since there were many bookings and no staff. Had to wait outside in winter since there was no space to even get inside the showroom. Finally got my vehicle at 6.45pm. very painful.

SUV is awesome, nice car convenient specially in Canada during Winter. Spacious seats and compartment. Comfortable to drive, easy to use touchscreen Display. Overall all superb experiences.

Wish they had after hours key drop off. You can only return the car during business hours
