If arriving by plane: The OK Mobility store is located on the ground floor, next to the Arrivals Terminal door. If you’re coming in from outside Once you get off the plane, pick up your luggage and head to arrivals. When you get to arrivals, turn left and you will see the Ok Mobility store to the left of the Arrivals Terminal exit.

Drop-off Instructions

Return your vehicle: When you arrive at the airport, follow the “Car Rental” signs. These signs will take you to the car park where you can return your rental car. Enter the car park and go up to the 1st floor. When you get to the 1st floor, follow the “OK Mobility” signs until you arrive at our vehicle return store. In the case of crossing into permitted territories, we recommend purchasing the International Supplement (INT). This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor. My returning flight was at 7am and when OK rent a Car did not give me a choice to drop the car keys before 7am. I end up asking a friend to return the car keys so I wouldn't loose my flight. This is first time that I heard of a rental car company with an office in an airport that will not allow the car to be returned after business hours. I would not use this company again

There was a minor issue this time. Normally, they upgrade the car for free if none are available, but this time a male front desk attendant, who didn’t look European or American, first tried to force me to buy insurance. When I refused, he said they didn’t have smaller cars and I would need to pay for an upgrade. The next day, I went back to the store and the manager confirmed the upgrade would be free. Their cars are usually good, and their service is typically fine. It seems like this staff member wasn't very knowledgeable. This time the refund was slow; it's been five days since I returned the car and still no refund.

Returning the car was smooth, and the staff were very friendly - definitely worth a five-star rating. However, I wouldn't even give one star for the pickup experience. The staff relentlessly tried to sell us insurance, even though we had already purchased the most comprehensive insurance through the rental platform. Once they realized we weren't buying their insurance, their attitude changed dramatically for the worse. They delayed us significantly, especially the person who attended to us. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.
