The MEX - San José Del Cabo Airport car rental location is in terminal
You can walk to the counter of MEX - San José Del Cabo Airport car rental.
After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the car rental area where you will find the Mex Rent-A-Car booth. An uniformed Mex Rent-A-Car agent will arrange the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. Mex Rent-A-Car shuttles are blue with the Mex Rent-A-Car logo. 10 ExcellentAmazing service. They ask you sign a bond but it is totally refundable. Really good service and I was able to drop off things at the office too. I would DEFINITELY use MEX again. Gente amable, eficaz y capaz a brindar un excelente servicio al cliente. FRED
9 ExcellentCustomer service at MEX was great. One of the few times we didn’t get hassle about insurance, fees etc. I would definitely use them again- 8.3 Very goodCar was beat up. When we arrived at Los Cabos car was not available for pick up. Over three hours late. Compromised our day given delays and availability issues. No discount given. Staff was nice but company should have done more to offset our losses and add costs.
8 Very goodWhen we got there they claimed our car was not available and we would have to pay an additional 10 dollars per day. There were plenty of cars on the lot they could have given us. They said we would not have to return the gas tank full. It was 3/4 full when we got the car. We did return it full anyway because we were suspicious they would charge us extra and didn't want to take the chance.
5 AverageVehicle was in rough shape but got us where we were going. Rates were not at all what we booked for and will never use Mex. Everyone there picking up felt the same way.
