Pick-up Instructions

The MEX - Ico City Airport car rental location is in terminal

You can walk to the counter of MEX - Ico City Airport car rental.

After collecting your luggage, please proceed to our Mex Rent-A-Car booth. Please approach the nearest contact point: If you land on Terminal 1 from an International flight please approach Gate 8. If you land on Terminal 1 from a Domestic flight please proceed to the car rental area. If you land on Terminal 2 from a Domestic or International flight please proceed to the car rental area close to Gate 4. If you arrive between 2:00am and 6:00am please proceed to our 24 hour contact point at Terminal 1 Gate 8. An uniformed Mex Rent-A-Car agent will arrange the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. Mex Rent-A-Car shuttles are blue with the Mex Rent-A-Car logo. There were issues with the car rental order, and the vehicle had extensive damage that wasn't repaired before renting it out. I also encountered a problem where the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, which wasted a lot of my travel time awaiting rescue and a replacement car. I suggest not choosing this company.

The rental company did not inform us that the license plate was prohibited from driving on Saturdays. We were stopped by the police, fined $200, and the car was impounded for two days. Eventually, we paid a $100 bribe to get released. We drove back to the hotel and didn't go anywhere for the rest of the day. When returning the car, we tried to discuss the issue, but the rental company refused any compensation. Maybe QEEQ can help resolve this problem.
