Free pick-up and drop-off service to branch for customers from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm serving domestic & international terminals and airport accommodation. Age requirements
18 - 100 years old
Young Driver Fee applies at 18 - 20 years old with charge of AUD 9 per day approximately.
Driver's License Requirements
The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).
For foreign renters, you need to bring:
Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)
Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.
Original driving licence + NAATI Translation
The translation of the driver's license certified by the Australian Translation and Accreditation Institute (NAATI) can be used to rent a car and drive in Australia.

6 AverageThe phone number provided to call them was incorrect. It went straight to voicemail. We were waiting at the airport with no working contact number. Also, the staff did not do a walk around with me. He said the damage had been photographed so there is no need to worry about it. When I returned the car, the staff member told me there is damage on the door, I told her it was already there. I felt that I had to prove that I didnt damage the car all because the staff member was too lazy to walk around the car with me when we picked it up
