Upon arrival, proceed to the National bus pick up area located outside of baggage claim in either terminal. Terminal 1 arrivals should proceed to the shuttle bus pick up area outside baggage claim through the exit marked MT17. Terminal 2 arrivals should proceed to the shuttle bus pick up area outside baggage claim. Board the National buses to proceed to the counter and obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. There are self-service kiosks at this location that can make your rental transaction quick and easy! Emerald Club: The Emerald Club area will be the first stop. Upon exiting the shuttle, proceed to the left around the building, following the walkway to the Emerald Club area. Continue to the aisle to choose your vehicle, or to the area of the car class reserved.

Please return to our off-airport at Natural Bridge Rd, the return car park entrance next to 4524 Woodson Road, pay attention to the huge Car Return sign directing you to the entrance.
