9 ExcellentFriendly staff and easy process. A little unclear on where to find our car and also how to enter the return rental car area, but in all, a great experiences.
5.3 AverageWe waited for more then an hour to pick up our car and the then the desk staff were grumpy and made me feel that I was making a big mistake not taking out their insurance. They told me that my own insurance wasn’t good enough and that I would definitely be paying some money to them by the end of my trip. They told me ‘good luck driving here’.
6 AverageThe car was quite damage and I was not very happy considering that I needed it for a wedding. Also I had a warning light about "changing the oil immediately" not ideal when We were going around Sicily. The wipes were terrible and they were not cleaning the screen at all. At some point I had to stop and buy some cloths and window cleaner because with the sun I was not able to see. The roof was playing up and in various time it stayed open.
