Insurances from the following insurance providers only are accepted: Geico, All State, Progressive, USAA, Esurance, Liberty Mutual, MAPFRE, METLIFE, Nationwide, State Farm and Farmers. 2) A Sunpass can be rented at the counter for $10.99 per day, and includes the cost of the toll fees. If the renter chooses not to purchase this service, the toll fees can be paid at the the end of the rental, with an administrative fee of $25/day.

2 PoorJC never answered our calls to be picked up. After 2 hrs. of trying, we rented from another company.
9.3 ExcellentThe only bad experience was I stated I was bringing the car back at 10am later decided to close to boarding and was there at 830am. But the mgr. was extremely helpful and the return went smoothly. Next time if I change the time I will call in advance also .They also returned the security deposit promptly and did not keep it a few days as other car companies. Will use easyrentcars.com in future and will recommend JC to others
2.3 PoorWaited 45 minutes to be picked up. Car was not cleaned. It was filthy, with crumpled up fast food bags under the seats. Seats had tears and holes in them. Car was 3 years old with high milage, had not been maintained and had mechanical problems. They charge $10/day to NOT use their insurance. The company is not staffed full time, so we had to make an appointment to return the car. the rep showed up 1 hour late, so we sat in a lousy neighborhood, in the heat for an hour waiting for him. The reps English was poor, so it was very difficult to communicate.- 2 PoorThere was no car... They had nothing for us... Had to go to Alamo
- 2 PoorThere was no pick-up at the airport, we couldn't get through to the car rental company. We took an Uber to the address listed on the receipt, no one was there. We went to another car rental company and they helped us locate your company with a working phone number. The company JC Car Rental was now open but we couldn't rent a car for the agreed upon amount. This company was operating illegally according to state law in Florida. We are owed the deposit and the Uber ride cost. In the end, we had to rent from another company without a reservation costing us a lot more than if we had dealt with a reputable car rental company in the first place.
