You can walk to the counter of Enterprise - Toronto Pearson International Airport car rental.
We operate out of both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. If arriving in Terminal 1, please follow signs to rental vehicles then proceed to Level 1 of the parking garage. Proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement. If arriving in Terminal 3, please proceed to Door F and cross the road. Once in the garage, proceed to the right where you will find our Alamo Booth. An agent will provide your rental agreement.

Driver's License Requirements
The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).
For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

10 ExcellentThe rental counter is not far from the exit. I was able to find it without much trouble despite pushing a cart with two large suitcases. The process was straightforward. The lady at the counter was very friendly. She asked for my preference when selecting the car. After I checked the car and pointed out some issues (mainly that there was no spare tire, which she didn't seem to be aware of either), she immediately gave me a different car. The return process was also simple; they just asked if there were any damages and checked the fuel gauge.
