The pick-up time was supposed to be 8 AM, but we were only informed at 9:30 AM that the car was ready. When we went to the garage, the staff couldn't find our car! This caused us to miss our scheduled steam train ride and waste the tickets! The tank was at 5/8 when we picked up the car, and we were told it's better to return it full. If it's less than 5/8, we would be charged $3 per unit, and if more, we would get a refund. We made sure to fill it up before returning it, and the staff told us we could leave without any paperwork. Unfortunately, after getting back home, they claimed we returned it with only 5/8 tank! It's not a lot of money, but the entire process was frustrating and disappointing!

There are two stores. When looking for them, be careful not to return the car to the wrong place. There are also many parking lots. Customer service can't guide correctly, and if something goes wrong, the responsibility is on us who rent the car. So everyone needs to be cautious and it's best to confirm with the car rental staff. The staff at the Melbourne branch had a great service attitude. Knowing we were heading to the city center, they drew us a route and recommended parking spots, and also provided a map for pickup and drop-off routes. However, when we went to the branch near Hyde Park in Sydney to file an accident report, the staff there were not very friendly and kept insisting that if we had bought their insurance, we wouldn't have had so many issues.
