10 "Excellent"The staff had a very good attitude and their English was average. There was no hard-selling; we proactively purchased full insurance locally, which cost 36 euros per day. With full insurance, there was no need for a thorough vehicle inspection, and returning the car was very convenient—just park the car and drop the keys in a box. We arrived a bit late, and the smaller car we originally booked was unavailable, so they gave us a slightly larger vehicle, a Volkswagen Taigo. It was very easy to drive, especially on winding mountain roads, and provided a comfortable driving experience. It can fit a 28-inch suitcase.
10 "Excellent"The counter for processing car rental procedures is very efficient. The pickup is on the 4th floor, and the staff provided a detailed sheet marking all existing scratches on the car. The return process was also very efficient; the staff took a quick look and some photos to complete the inspection. Initially, I was worried they might nitpick, as reconfirming all pre-existing scratches could take some time, but this did not happen. I highly recommend this car rental company.

10 Great car rental experienceThe staff at Ecovia were friendly, they gave us tips on the driving experience and provided us a number to contact if we had any issues. We were able to get in contact with him via Whatsapp and call and he was more than happy to help us.
