10 "Excellent"I first used QEEQ in 2015, and now it's been 10 years. QEEQ's service is absolutely unbeatable. Whenever there's a problem, their customer service always helps resolve it.

8 "Very good"The rental company tried to charge for old damages as if they were new, so it's important to take photos in advance. The car pickup process took a total of one hour, and there's an additional service fee for shuttle service.
9 All good with faircar rentLStaff at their office were nice, the inly kinda issue was to find/wait for the pick-up person, I called them and they said the driver was coming. At the office it took about 5-10 mins to do the paperwork and take the car. The car wasn’t new indeed and it had 190k kms of use, but it was all good during the whole week I had it. For the drop off, the person at the counter was very nice and no issues. I saw many complains about faircar in google, but I believe they are improving their service, and at least for this trip I was very happy with their service and car.- 10 "Excellent"Pretty good. The staff will pick you up at the airport. Buying insurance at the store seems to be cheaper than buying it here. There are detailed insurance descriptions on the table when registering information. I suggest buying insurance at the store. Additionally, there was a small incident where the rear window wiper fell off due to aging. I was worried there would be a compensation dispute, but the rental company kept apologizing once they found out.
9 Good car, fun times!The car was good! Tires had studded Snow tire which was needed. The car had good gas mileage too. The only hiccup was finding the meeting point. Maybe we were tired after a long flight or that is was 5AM Iceland time and there was nobody waiting for passengers right outside the door from customs. But we had a hard time finding the driver to meet him to take us to the car.- 4 "Average"

7.3 Cheap but a rust bucket of a vehicleThe car was in a terrible condition, and the check engine light was on the entire time and one of the back doors didn't open. It was also given to us empty of fuel so rather than getting used to the roads we had to frantically drive round looking for a petrol station.

4 "Average"- 7.3 Fair careThe car I rented outside was not clean and had many damage when I picked up was cold weather, strong wind and snowing hardly ( I had just arrived Iceland). They had 2 customers in hurry so I could not check anything and I didn’t got GPS that I requested on email I thought it should be prepared for me in car already and they went away from office already too I asked them when I returned car they said I should told before pick up car!!! I sure I didn’t made car new damage if they will not charge me after they may me fair car and fair care.
