The license plate was stolen in Armenia, but a new one was sent quickly from Tbilisi. Be aware that foreign license plates are frequently targeted in Yerevan, Armenia, resulting in an additional cost of 290 GEL for a new plate. Full trust was shown during vehicle return without inspection. Highly appreciated. If you're heading to Kazbegi, Mestia, or Ushguli, make sure to rent a 4WD. Absolutely essential!

As soon as I sent a message to GL Group's public platform, their staff member, George, contacted me and arranged to deliver the car to the train station, saving us the hassle of dragging our luggage to find it. When handing over the car, he also gave us reminders about local precautions to help us avoid issues. He even mentioned that it's fine to return the car with just slightly less fuel. A great service experience overall. Although the car's age and condition were average, we were satisfied with the whole process.

The car was parked in the lot to the left as you exit the airport, and the staff provided a parking fee of 5 GEL. After we returned to Tbilisi, the staff came to the hotel to collect the car, which was incredibly convenient.
