7.3 Nice car but in a poor condition with terrible customer service.The car was very dirty. After a few days, the remote didn't work anymore and throughout the rental I had warning messages on the dashboard (the car was long due for maintenance before the rental started). The customer service was terrible.

- 7 Overpaid for a smaller vehicle, had no idea who to complain to to rectify the situation.Paid extra for a vehicle that would seat 7. The car did not seat 7, it seated 5. When I spoke to the Hertz staff she indicated that the car does seat 7 and told me it has a third row seat. I went back out to the car to check and It did not. She told me the only other car they could offer me would cost an additional 100.00 per day.
9 Superb!Car drop off point right next to a petrol station so we could fill up easily right next door. Hertz pick up place a bit of a challenge as attached to a big hotel so not sure whether to go in hotel entrance or not. Lovely staff at both locations.- 9.7 excellentMake it clear that passenger count includes driver on the larger vans.
5.3 Not a good experince..Car is not the booked one. Counter staff tried and forced to add the additional options. It ended double the cost.
