9 Didn’t get the correct vehicleIt was extremely frustrating that your website allowed me to book a pickup truck from a location that doesn’t have pickup trucks. I even called to confirm, and though only a robot answered, it did say my reservation was confirmed. It was a major inconvenience for me. That said, the staff at the location were empathetic, understood the gravity of the situation, and genuinely did the best they could to rectify it.
