8 Horrible ! Flew in for funeral and came to pick up the car booking one price and paying much moreDo not recommend !! I’ve always rented cars and used my progressive full coverage insurance I have or credit card benefits and they would not accept and made me pay over $300 for their coverage.- 10 Overall very goodCar was fantastic The shuttle collection from the airport was a little long; the instructions weren’t clear that we needed to call Sonic to arrange collection, but we did get help from other shuttle drivers

They were nice enough to pick up from airport and when returning to drop off at hotel. They text a couple days before or use whatsapp to communicate. The had the car seats as hoped. The car had the engine service light on but they noted it and said it was ok to drive still, I was just worried about that. The car was great other than that. People were friendly.- 8.3 A great experience with renting the vehicle.Both sales representatives did a superb job on the intake information and when I drop the vehicle back off.
