10 "Excellent"I am really grateful to this car rental company. The staff there is extremely helpful. Our car had a minor accident, but the staff remained very chill when we returned the car. They didn't charge us any fees when refunding the deposit, essentially covering the accident themselves. I highly recommend this rental company—the deposit refund was very fast.
