7.7 Different car than specifically ordered.We had guaranteed concrete model, but did received a different car. When asked about it they didn't try to resolve it in any way. When asked when the ordered car could be available they said in a month. Probably to just get rid of us.

7 Okinawa Self-drive TripEven we have the full insurance coverage bought along with the booking, we have to pay the claim for the damage on the front wind shield glass. It was damage was caused by an unknown foreign object hitting on the top right corner of the front glass wind shield. The vehicle was a bit "old", with a lot of minor scratches all over the car body when we did the pick-up inspection.- 8.3 "Very good"Cheap and good

9 GreatNot easy to locate the rental car pick-up point. Waited for more than 30 mins to get the car. Although lucky to get a brand new car, it is lack of power. New to pay extract for returning the car out of its nornal office hour. The staffs were late in the early morning when need to return the car making us rushing to airport to catch the flight.- 10 I will come again when next visitGood service
