Didn't get the snow chains ordered.

The check-in was fast and efficient, much better than with other car rental companies. Car was almost new and clean, although a bit smaller than anticipated (a Fiat Tipo instead of a wolkswagen Touran). Checkout very fast and efficient.

Very smooth booking and good website. Nothing to complain about

Counter staff were horrendous. We had planned on adding a driver and potentially taking out extra insurance. The counter staff scoffed at us when she found out we ordered a panda. "good luck" was the response when she saw the buggy and intimated it would never fit. She also used the words "up sell" constantly without giving any insight into what we were getting in the up sell, just that we had to have it in order to get xxx. I work in tech sales and I would never ever tell a client "oh in order to get xxx you need to buy an upsell" invest in a consultative sales team. If the staff had of said something like "we can't offer xxx on the base package unfortunately, but we can upgrade you for £xx and you will be able to get what you want plus all these other benefits" the experience would have been far better.

We arrived at 11pm and we were asked to pay a late pick up fee of 40 Euros, I couldn’t believe this (this is in small lines in the bottom of the confirmation) but I couldn’t believe it.

Insurance is very expensive. Car was booked for 12:00 but because of some technical issue was provided only after 2 hours wait. As a compensation - free GPS was provided (pretty useless when everybody have smart phones)

Like: Service good, without any hassles. Dropping also very easy.
Dislike: Vehicle was good.
