EuropCar charged after the Rent my credit Card without a reason, an invoice and an explanation. Once I asked them why, they told me to refer to Easyrentcars. But it was EUROPCAR who took money from my card, and this although vehicle was returned properly as certified by the signed protocol I received back when returning the car.

Reserved ECMR -> Ford Fiesta 1.0 74kw Very smooth and silent ride for such a small car. The engine has more than enough power and is very economical (4.9l/100km @440km mostly on Autobahn and country roads). Navaigation system was standard and easy to handle with its big touch screen. Cons: no cruise control, very poor space for 4 people
