Like: Tim was very kind, informative, friendly and patient. He was very knowledgeable about the process and Airport. He made it very user friendly. Dislike: The vehicle was not very clean. It needed a thorough washing and better detailing in the inside.
I was allowed to book my reservation and even pay prior...how ever upon pick up is when I met with complications . where as I could not pay some deposit with my card...your company has allowed a person's to use debit cards but in limited capacity....
They didn’t not have a car available for me when I showed up so i ended up going with hertz
