I had already paid the fine for illegal parking and showed them the receipt, but they charged me again. It has been almost 2 years and I still haven't received a refund. It's really frustrating.
Took the shuttle bus to the store, a lot of people, took about 2 hours to complete the process. They seemed to push the insurance, and not doing my homework cost me over $100 for the GPS, which was painful. Booked a Grand Cherokee, but ended up with a Nissan mid-size SUV, which was quite disappointing.
After a window smashing incident, Alamo's service was very prompt and efficient, with no extra costs. Fortunately, we didn't follow QEEQ company's customer service suggestion to privately fix the window at a repair shop. Otherwise, we'd have to bear the cost of the car window on top of the significant loss from our stolen luggage.
