I bought my insurance anticipated and was sure that it covered collision and theft, but they make me buy their insurance almost Us30.00 daily plus, minivan wasn’t in good shape inside either exterior, old model. Had a hard time finding the right place.

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

Car was new but service at One Switch was the worst I have every experience in 35years of rentals. No spoke English clearly and tried CON job on us. Big issues with car insurance tried to force you to purchase there's for 199.00 BS. Will never use again also credit card comprised right after used there. Suspicious that's all.

The price seemed good on the surface but we never got the car & had to book one at GreenMotion up the street. BUYER BEWARE: you must have a hard copy of insurance...... they would not accept our electronic insurance copy(as every other rental company does), nor had a printer or any accommodation to work around that. So I booked a car somewhere else as we sat in the tiny waiting room & took an Uber to get it. Was ultimately still cheaper than paying the hefty insurance cost One Switch wanted to charge.
