Upon reaching our destination, the staff mentioned that the insurance purchased through Zuzuche only covers basic incidents. In case of accidents involving injury to others, medical expenses are not covered, and we needed to buy an additional insurance which was almost as expensive as the rental itself. For safety, we had to purchase the extra insurance. Originally priced at 180 USD, it ended up costing 291 USD at checkout.
With the first car Nissan Sentra, great car, I've got a flat tyre. I returned the car myself to the drop off point, and asked for another car. That lasted (because of the manager) quite a long time. The other car was much smaller (Ford Focus) than the Sentra, and I had to sign again some papers despite it was the same contract.
