Her car was wonderful the people that work there didn't seem like they cared a lot

Charged $38 for liability insurance. Told them I only wanted bare minimum. Was not aware that I was required to buy the insurance.

Signage was bad at AUS airport we went to car pickup location since thats where the signs pointed to. I had to return to the rental level where I waited in line for about 25 minutes. When I got to the counter the woman told me a cleaner went on lunch and I would have to wait an hour for one to be ready or I could get get a discounted upgrade that was ready now. I obviously objected and said my reservation time is now its not my fault things were not ready on your end. She found this unreasonable and said thats not how it works. Eventually she put me in a banged up Elantra with stained seats chipped windshield and several cracks. Last time I will use fox.

First clerk was quick to tell me the reservation was not with them and quickly took upon assisting other client.. once I confirmed to them that it was through Fox the 2nd clerk was very pleasant... other than this the experience was good

car was not properly serviced,no water in windshield cleaner nor a lug nut removing tool.Thank god my wife and I did not have a flat.The overall interior needed cleaning.

Camry of full size nit available. They tried to give me a smaller car. Ended up with 4x4 SUV which got bad gas mileage. Car had 50,000 miles and interior had stains everywhere on the upholstery. Rental car return was very dfificult to find because of construction.
