Customer service was horrible. Maybe the lady was having a bad day. The car was NOT what i had reserved and i was not told during booking. I found out when i went down to pick up the car and she didnt even bother to point out when giving me the papers. I was very disappointed cause I specifically wanted that car. To make matters worse, they overcharged fuel usage days after returning the car. It should've been about 10 dollars less.

The pick-up line was atrocious - even with 4-5 staff at the counter, it took 40 minutes to get to the front. I had a simple pick-up (only driver, online reservation, no extras) and it still took 10 minutes to be done at the counter - it was easily the most frustrating car rental experience I've ever had. The agents all seemed to be trying to upsell every customer on every possible item. The transaction technology was also really sluggish and antiquated - the kiosk I was on crashed halfway through.
Paid easy rentcars in advance but when picking up car from Fox had higher amount for rental Car was damaged when I picked up. Front bumper scraped and hub cap ripped off. Noted it But they should not be renting a damaged car that looked like that.
