Horrible - walk away from this!!!!

What I did not like was the whole insurance thing and how I was basically forced to use your insurance when I had my own coverage. The Agent presented it to me as if I could not use mine. I have never had a problem with any other rental car company with using my own insurance. This was a first. I will not rent from them anymore

It is a scam! They tell you $11 a day for car. If you want their car you must purchase their insurance, and toll pass from them. By the time you are done, you are paying over $180 a day for a Ford Fiesta. The guys at the counter was very nice! We refused to rent a car from them, so they took us back to the airport.

We will never use right cars again because they ripped us off with overpriced insurance. We should have been told upfront about any law requiring extra insurance which they said we had to buy.

Got me a good deal.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
