The desk staff were not friendly... The directions to the car were not as promised on the website; there was no dedicated staff to lead us. They just asked people to sign the form without detailed explanation... Very dissatisfied... The car itself was OK...
It is a reputable company, and the car pickup was smooth. They gave me a nearly new car with only 6000 kilometers on it. Although there were some issues during the car return, I am generally satisfied.
