Counter staff was helpful but I would suggest if they can print bills and receipts in English rather than in german for tourists. Also if they can provide courtesy car service for pickup and drop off would be amazing.

Excellent customer service and clear information on car rental and insurance policies. Also good prices, hope this doesn’t change in the future when business picks up. Definitely recommending Qeeq for car rentals.

Terrible company. Staff at the counter extremely unpleasant and not providing the right informations during the contracting process. The detailed condtion of the vehicle have not been sent by email and the paper delivered at the desk was reporting 15 damages only in German. I parked the car in a garage and never on the road and I have been charged for a 1cm (!!) scratch, that I did not cause, on the alloy wheel for 280 Euro. ... cheating on the customers to make money in this way. Horrible commercial behavior. Never anymore Hertz in my life.

“decent but hit with big fee for being a tiny bit late to return”

was given a giant car, instead of the tiny one I rented. then we made a mistake on the way back, and were just over an hour late, for which we paid something like 50 euros, double the price of our rental.
