Arrived at pick-up to find that booking had been cancelled without notification and no cars available. Directed to an alternate pick-up an hour away where only available car was more expensive

No, I didn’t get the car I chose. I had ordered Skoda Octavia but it seems the supplier doesn’t have any. Vehicle I received was smaller and was available for a lesser price when I made the bookings. I paid higher for the car I chose.
Like: Completly satisfied with the booking I made with easyrentcars. The car has been upgraded to a bigger car. The staffs are nice and friendly. Highly recommended.
